Much of Planon’s success is due to the contribution of a proven management team that has been able to effectively evaluate customer challenges and move quickly to deliver solutions that address their unique needs.
Nigel Francis has worked with FM technology for over 25 years. After being involved with the introduction of CAD in the mid 80’s he joined specialist office interiors company ‘The Facility Group’ and set-up Facility Consultants Ltd, a business focussed on the application, selection and implementation of CAFM technology.
In 2003, Nigel Francis became MD of Planon’s subsidiary as part of their international expansion programme and he is now responsible directly for Planon’s UK implementation services and is a member of the Planon group’s solution management team with specific responsibility for maintenance management.
Tim Clapham is responsible for Planon’s UK Marketing.
With over 15 years of experience Tim Clapham was initially trained in marketing at Sainsbury’s and has since worked in a variety of marketing roles, including as an account manager for an international Media Agency, as marketing manager for KPMG Consulting, and for several successful property companies. Tim Clapham has also set-up and managed a marketing consultancy and an architecture practice in London.
