Jan-Fokke, currently a Solution Product Manager Real Estate at Planon Group, has played a vital role in developing Planon's REM4SAP and BIM solution since Jan 2023. For the last year, Jan-Fokke has supported partners, Sales, and Services teams, sharing market insights and expanding the product ecosystem for the BIM solution. Simultaneously, as a Solution Product Manager in Real Estate, Jan-Fokke integrates diverse real estate solutions, collaborating with SAP and supporting sales and services teams with product vision, roadmap sharing, and the incorporation of feedback.

Formerly, Jan-Fokke spent over 4 years as a Business Consultant, contributing to customer engagement, business case development, proof of concepts, and market standardisation. In the role of BIM Consultant, Jan-Fokke focused on international BIM projects, participating in pre-sales, demonstrations, and project go-lives.

Earlier, as a Real Estate & Maintenance Consultant, he specialised in configuring solutions for real estate and maintenance processes, emphasising efficient data capture, smart buildings, and maintenance planning. Throughout his career, Jan-Fokke has consistently showcased expertise, collaboration, and dedication in the real estate and BIM domains.

In his free time, Jan-Fokke plays indoor soccer with friends and spends as much time as possible with his 3 kids. He volunteers as a board member of a political party and likes to debate on several (liberal) subjects. As a former Architecture student, Jan-Fokke likes to combine the work for Planon, which involves visiting most professional Real Estate companies, with visits to their Headquarters and typically, the highest or most attractive Building in the nearby city.
