Accountmanager Inside Sales - Nijmegen

As an Account Manager Inside Sales, your main focus is to build a sustainable relationship with our existing customers. How? By identifying and closing opportunities for Planon's software (IWMS) suite within the Netherlands. As an Account Manager Inside Sales, you make a real impact on the customer relationship, especially by helping customers make the most of their Planon environment. Customer satisfaction is a top priority, and you maximize software, SaaS, and service sales to existing customers. To achieve this, you visit customers, identify and create new opportunities, discuss business processes, and provide advice on possibilities while staying up-to-date with trends and market developments within your team and portfolio.
Additionally, you support the Key Account Managers in your own team by keeping the CRM up to date, processing customer information requests, preparing and following up on quotations, and proactively contributing to team objectives. Occasional customer visits are also part of the role and will increase as you further develop to a professional Account Manager.

You successfully fulfill your role by:
- Proactively managing your own accounts and supporting the Key Account Managers in your team;
- Identifying and creating new opportunities and converting them into commercial activities;
- Providing proactive/creative input during sales actions and team plans.

- Holds a relevant bachelor's or master's degree;
