Facilities management and social media - what do you need to know?

In any industry that changes as rapidly as facilities management, it is vital to keep track of the latest news and developments. In the 'old days' traditional media would be the first source of information for many FM professionals. Whilst they still exist and continue to be relevant, social media have partially replaced journalists as the primary source of industry news.
