Planon’s measures in relation to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

March 16, 2020 – Unfortunately, the world is faced with an increasing spread of outbreaks of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in multiple countries and the worldwide health organisations advise taking proper precautions to limit further spread as much as possible.

We would like to inform you about the measures that Planon has taken to enable us to continue providing our services to our customers and partners. Of course, our concern is also with the health and safety of our relations and our employees.

Planon is a company with offices around the world. We have developers, helpdesk staff and consultants available in multiple countries across several continents. Our employees use the same core internal systems that are all cloud based. Our employees are used to working in virtual global teams and from different locations, including the home office. That is why we are convinced that we are able to continue delivering our services to our customers and partners. You can be assured that we will do our utmost to support you to safeguard your business continuity with Planon applications.

To accommodate governmental restrictions and advice in the countries where we operate, we have now implemented a full remote scenario for all our offices. This means that currently, with a few exceptions, all our employees are working from home and have been asked to stop travelling unless it’s absolutely necessary. This means that as of today we will serve our customers and partners remotely, unless it’s absolutely business critical to visit on-site. Our Support and Cloud availability remain at the same level as before.
