International Corporate Recruiter - Nijmegen

As International Recruiter you will contribute to the development of our global recruitment strategies to source, evaluate and select qualified talent via advertising, research, networking and social media. By building effective talent-pools, searching and approaching talented potential colleagues, you help building the Planon organisation of the future.

As our colleague you will be responsible for the start-to-end recruitment processes within Planon. You write vacancies, conduct (phone) interviews with candidates, partner up with hiring managers around the world, help and support them in the recruitment process. Besides the operational work, you are co-responsible for how we strategically put recruitment on the map within Planon. Think about topics such as planning, reporting, employer branding and campus recruitment.

Join our energetic corporate recruitment team that is responsible for our world-wide recruitment strategy and sourcing of our potential colleagues. You will be part of the global HR department that is responsible for the global HR strategy and all areas of HR (including recruitment) within the Planon Group.

You successfully fulfil your role by:

  • Partnering with hiring managers around the world;
  • Writing attractive job descriptions and being responsible for global recruitment tactics and strategies;
  • Interviewing candidates and guiding them through the process;
  • Contributing in putting recruitment strategically on the map within Planon.

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;
  • At least 3 years’ corporate recruitment experience in an international environment;
  • Experience with global recruitment tactics and strategies;
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Dutch.
