Transformation and Integration Manager

In this role, you will expertly manage programs and projects with stakeholder interactions, meticulously assess their influence on behaviors, processes, and technology, and contribute significantly to engage with business owners. Facilitating seamless adoption and delivering effective training are integral aspects of this position. You will play a crucial role in integrating our acquired companies, ensuring their synchronization with our established culture, processes, and technology stack.

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria*:  

• A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience  
• At least 8 years of experience in Information Management or Program Management
• Substantial knowledge about the software or Enterprise Systems industry 
• Tangible experience in Integration of subsidiaries
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
