About Us

Business Area International is responsible for the business line Facilities with a global footprint. Our IWMS solution is used by many corporates and different medium sized international customers. New and innovative implementation projects are enriched by a large pool of existing (long-term) customers all over the world.

Your responsibilities:

As Manager Services, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our service operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Business Management: Drive business strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring our products have a positive impact on their business.
  • Proposition Management: Working closely together with our Sales department, Project Management and Business advisors on business propositions based on insights in the market.
  • HR Management: Lead and manage a hybrid team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
  • As a Manager Services you: facilitate and steer your team members

To fulfill our mission, we need you to be entrepreneurial, client-oriented and analytical. You have a proven track record in management within a software environment.

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

  • A relevant university degree
  • At least 10 years’ relevant work experience
  • Experience in software implementations and/or software consulting environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Analytical, Hands-on and Customer oriented
  • Proven multicultural influencing, diplomatic, change management and consulting skills with a commercial attitude
  • Able to perform under pressure and manage escalations or conflicts of interest constructively
  • Prince2, PMP, IPMA or similar qualification is a plus
  • Experience with managing a team or bigger strategic projects
  • Language Skills: Communicate effectively in English, and proficiency in German and/or Dutch is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel.
