JTC Corporation (JTC) is the leading agency in Singapore that spearheads the planning, promotion, and development of a dynamic industrial landscape. Since its inception in 1968, JTC has played a major role in Singapore’s economic journey by developing land and space to support the transformation of industries and to create quality jobs.

JTC has developed over 7,000 hectares of industrial land and 43 million square feet of ready-built facilities. The Facilities and Estates Management Division (FED) manages 28 million square feet and is responsible for running all facilities with customer-centric services and for maintaining the portfolio in a compliant and cost efficient way

After an extensive selection process, JTC selected Planon Universe as their new Facilities and Estate Management System (FEMS) as it met all their requirements.
