November 10th, 2016 – Planon announced that its Integrated Services Management Solution is officially a SERVIEW Certified Tool. The certification is based on Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), a set of practices for IT service management.

SERVIEW is an independent management consultancy agency that is specialized in optimizing service organizations on the basis of recognized best management practices.
