Case Study - Veritas

In 1892 Veritas opened its first haberdashery shop in Belgium. Veritas has since grown to operate 124 branches in Belgium and Luxembourg, with plans to expand into Germany and France. With its unique retail formula, Veritas has repeatedly been awarded Belgium’s best retail chain prize in the categories of jewelry and trinkets as well as fashion accessories and handbags.

A few years ago, all of Veritas’ supporting services operated independently of each other, using different programs such as Excel and Outlook. In 2013, the Veritas board wanted a helpdesk platform for all branch and head-office employees to communicate with the supporting services quickly and efficiently.
