Standards

We aim for a culture based on transparency and integrity. Therefore, we
propagate a clear speak-up culture and have a whistleblower policy in place for our internal and external stakeholders. When a concern is raised, it is subject to a thorough and confidential investigation by our whistleblowing committee. If necessary, we will appoint an investigator or investigation team. These investigators will make recommendations for changes to enable us to minimise or eliminate the risks in relation to the concern. Planon prohibits discrimination, revenge, or harassment of any kind against a whistleblower submitting a report in good faith.

Giving back

For many years now, Planon has sponsored a project in Andhra Pradesh, India. In partnership with the Rural Relief & Development Foundation (RRDF), a school was established for over a hundred children who worked with their parents in local stone quarries and would previously have not had access to education. Planon contributes to the building maintenance, daily meals, and healthcare for these children.

On a more local level, we stimulate initiatives that impact local communities.
