1. Discover Planon: explore our Careers page and social media channels to see if our values and culture are what you are looking for.

  2. Find your role: go to the Vacancies page to scroll through our open positions. If you don’t find anything that interests you or matches your expertise, you can leave an open application.
  3. Meet a recruiter: we will invite you for an introductory video call with one of our recruiters.
  4. First interview: if your profile aligns with the role, you will have a first interview with the hiring manager and/or a team member.
  5. Assessment: after the first interview round, we will ask you to do an online personality and cognitive assessment. This is not a pass-or-fail test, but a way for us to get to know what motivates you.
  6. Second interview: you will have a second interview with the hiring manager to discuss the results of the assessment and dive deeper into the role, the team, and your fit at Planon.
  7. Offer: if it’s a mutual match, your new manager sends you the complete offer package, and explains the details in an online or in person meeting.
  8. Documents: if you accept the offer, you’ll return all the documents signed, including contacts for a reference check, and approval for a further background check if applicable to the job.
