New Business Development Manager - German Market (m/w/d)

Are you an outstanding New Business Development Manager with experience in selling software solutions? Do you have an understanding of the facility management service providers market and are you able to translate their business needs into new opportunities? Then we would like to meet you!

As an New Business Development Manager within our international team, you are responsible for expanding our current position in the global Facility Management Service Providers market with a special focus on the German market. You will identify new opportunities for our Planon Universe for Service Providers product and build long-term relations with prospects. You are an important part of our dedicated international salesteam and with your (strategic) experience we can take the next step in winning new customers.

You successfully fulfil your role by:

  • Creating and and executing your business development plan;
  • Building up a network within own target group;
  • Expanding sales activities in the EMEA region;
  • Manage goals and plans;
  • Giving presentations and demos;
  • Drawing up a strategy for approaching new markets;
  • Creating commercial proposals;
  • Administrating account details in our CRM system.

Profile

Our mission is to deliver in-house software solutions that enable our clients to effectively solve their challenges – and that’s no simple task. To fulfil our mission, we need you to be entrepreneurial, customer-oriented, and analytical. You have a proven sales track record and experience within the FM Services Providers industry. By acting as a trusted business partner who can discuss business processes with the customer, you can express your added value. You are able to quickly identify the right internal resources and create team synergy. You are proactive, always hungry for knowledge, flexible, and you can easily motivate yourselves as well as others. Being always organised and working under constant pressure is part of a Business Developers routine.

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

  • A relevant university degree;
  • 3-5 years experience in selling complex software solutions and a network in the service providers market;
  • Excellent collaboration skills with colleagues and customers in different countries;
  • Self-motivated team player and an excellent networker;
  • Fluent in English + German;
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel within EMEA on a regular base.

These are the steps of our onboarding process:
