Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success manager, Sales Specialist in Professional Services, you will be responsible for developing professional services sales on the existing client base. Your primary goal will be to maximize customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities to increase revenue. You will also act as a Customer Success Manager to ensure client retention and growth.

You successfully fulfil your role by:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure regular follow-ups to understand their needs and expectations.
Upselling Opportunities:
- Identify additional client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Develop strategies to increase sales of complementary services.
Customer Success Management:
- Develop professional services sales
- Implement action plans to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.
- Analyse client data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to align efforts with client objectives.
- Participate in team meetings to share client feedback and best practices.

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager (professional services sales).
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
- SaaS ERP solutions experience
- Ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and rigor in managing client files.
- Living in France and fluent in French and English
