To support this mission, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives in a partner-driven environment and is ready to grow our presence in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Your role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth in the region—primarily through our partner ecosystem. Your role will involve working with and through Reseller, System Integrators and SAP. . You’ll manage inbound leads, qualify them, and guide them through the sales cycle—working with partners for closure. You’ll also help generate new leads, support partners in deal execution, and ensure alignment with our sales vision.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute a regional business development plan focused on Saudi Arabia and the UAE, with a strong emphasis on partner-led growth.
  • Qualify and follow up on inbound leads, give presentations, and transfer matured opportunities to partners for closure.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners: support them in deal execution, monitor their pipeline, and ensure alignment with our sales methodology.
  • Identify and onboard new partners in collaboration with the Partner Management, and help increase brand awareness through outbound and marketing-driven activities.
  • Maintain oversight of partner performance, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and ensuring commitment to our way of working.

Profile

We welcome applicants who bring collaborative and analytical strengths, and who are familiar with the cultural and business dynamics of the Middle East. You bring a strong track record in B2B software sales and are passionate about building client relationships and driving results.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales, preferably in a partner/channel-driven model.
  • Experience with enterprise clients, long sales cycles, and working with or through partners/distributors.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills; proactive and commercially driven.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; based in Saudi Arabia with valid work authorization.
  • Affinity with system integrators

These are the steps of our onboarding process:
