As our Business Developer for France, you will be the driving force behind expanding our business. You will create opportunities, build relationships, and establish Planon as the go-to Real Estate Software partner in France. If you are a natural dealmaker who thrives on hunting, networking, and winning new business, this role is for you. It’s a chance to build something from the ground up with the full backing of a global leader.

Your role
In this role, you will take full ownership of new business development in France, working closely with our European Real Estate team. You will:

  • Create and execute your business development plan for the French market.
  • Spot trends, identify target accounts, and build a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
  • Drive consultative sales cycles: from discovery, demos, and presentations to closing new deals.
  • Represent Planon at industry events and actively expand your network in the French PropTech and CRE community.
  • Respond to RFPs and RFQs with high-quality proposals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce.

Profile

You are an ambitious commercial professional with a proven track record in hunting and winning new business in SaaS or enterprise software. You combine a sharp understanding of the real estate sector with strong consultative selling skills at C-level.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 5–10 years’ experience in new business development (SaaS, enterprise software, or consultancy).
  • Proven experience selling to commercial real estate stakeholders (investors, developers, corporates).
  • Proven ability to build and execute a market entry sales strategy.
  • Strong communication and networking skills; able to influence and build trust at C-level.
  • Fluent English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel.

These are the steps of our onboarding process:

  1. You will receive a welcome letter with information about your first working day.
