De Legal stage bij Planon biedt jou de unieke kans om van dichtbij te ervaren hoe de wereld van een internationale bedrijfsjurist er uit ziet. Vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Nijmegen ben je actief betrokken bij onze Legal Department en ondersteun je diverse lopende projecten, waarbij je onder begeleiding van ervaren collega’s werkt. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om veel te leren op het gebied van contractenrecht en ervaart hoe het is om juridische vraagstukken aan te pakken binnen een internationaal opererend softwarebedrijf. Dit is jouw kans om direct betrokken te zijn bij het juridische werk en waardevolle praktijkervaring op te doen.

Als stagiair(e) binnen ons Legal Department speel je een actieve rol in het ondersteunen van diverse projecten en het behandelen van juridische vragen. De Planon Legal Department is verantwoordelijk voor alle in-house juridische ondersteuning voor de diverse bedrijfsprocessen van zowel de Nederlandse als internationale vennootschappen die deel uitmaken van de Planon Groep. Je werkzaamheden omvatten het secuur controleren van (draft) overeenkomsten en orders, het zelfstandig beheren van het ondertekening proces en het voorbereiden van juridische documenten. Daarnaast bied je ondersteuning aan Legal Counsels in verschillende landen en woon je interne en externe meetings bij. Met minimaal 4 werkdagen per week (bij voorkeur 5 dagen) en een stageperiode van minimaal 3-4 maanden, leer je de dagelijkse praktijk van een bedrijfsjurist goed kennen en ben je écht onderdeel van ons team.

Als stagiaire Legal ben jij bezig met het:

  • leren, ontwikkelen én kennismaken met het bedrijfsleven. 
  • ondersteunen van de Legal Counsels in de verschillende landen in voorkomende werkzaamheden met vragen op allerlei rechtsgebieden.
  • controleren van (draft overeenkomsten) en het administratief afhandelen van ons contract proces.

Deze stage vindt plaats vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Nijmegen en is goed te bereiken met het OV. Onze collega’s werken hybride maar komen ook graag naar kantoor. Je maakt deel uit van een informeel en toegankelijk team van 7 collega’s wereldwijd. In het hoofdkantoor in Nijmegen zijn er dagelijks collega's op kantoor aanwezig. Je deelt de werkruimte met ervaren collega's, wat de communicatie vergemakkelijkt en een prettige werksfeer creëert. De collegiale en ondersteunende dynamiek moedigt je aan om vragen te stellen en actief deel te nemen aan discussies. Je wordt begeleid door onze ervaren Global Legal Counsel.

Profile

Maak kennis met het bedrijfsleven terwijl je werkt aan je persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Dat kan bij Planon, en wij helpen je daar graag bij. Wij leren van jou en jij leert van ons. Voor deze stage neem jij het volgende mee;

  • universitaire Rechten opleiding (zowel bachelor 3e jaar als master)
  • goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift.
  • gedegen (brede) juridische interesse en kennis, bij voorkeur op het gebied van verbintenissenrecht, IT recht en/of intellectueel eigendomsrecht.
  • secuur werken is voor jou geen probleem.
  • een proactieve en enthousiaste houding.

These are the steps of our onboarding process:

  1. You will receive a welcome letter with information about your first working day.
  2. Your manager will welcome you on your first day and give you a tour of the office.
  3. You will collect your laptop and other assets from IT and visit HR to finalise the administrative onboarding.
  4. You follow the three-day online induction course by the Planon Academy.
  5. After your probation period, your manager discusses the continuation of the employment contract with you.
