Before joining Reasult, Herman held several prominent positions in the real estate sector. As Fund Manager Real Estate at Hanzevast, he was responsible for managing real estate funds and maximising returns for investors. Prior to that, he worked at Bouwfonds Gebiedsontwikkeling, where he was Country Manager Germany, leading international projects and teams. Earlier in his career, he worked as process controller, streamlining and improving processes. Herman’s career began at Lefier, where he spent three years as a Sales Manager, further honing his commercial skills.

Herman's expertise includes fund and asset management, acquisition management, and management consultanting. He combines sharp strategic insight with a pragmatic approach, enabling him to effectively solve complex challenges in the real estate sector.

In his spare time, Herman devotes himself to volunteer work, actively helping to strengthen local communities. For example, he is chairman of Stichting Heuveltjesbosbad, demonstrating his leadership skills and commitment to social initiatives.
