Julia joined Planon in 2015 and is a key member of the Planon EMEA West management team, managing the services team of consultants and project managers who implement our Integrated Workplace Management Solutions (IWMS) for our UK customers.

Julia has over 30 years of experience in IT services and project. As Head of Services, UK at Planon, she is ensuring the seamless delivery of Integrated Workplace Management Solutions (IWMS) to the Commercial Real Estate and Higher Education sectors. Her responsibilities encompass strategic IT service delivery, revenue generation, and maintaining top-notch customer satisfaction. Additionally, Julia supervises a team of consultants and project managers.

As a Services Manager, Julia effectively manages the UK Services Team, leading the implementation of IWMS solutions while ensuring client engagement and satisfaction.

Previously serving as a Senior Project Manager at Planon, Julia led high-profile projects for prominent clients such as Houses of Parliament, Bourne Leisure and Kingston University, highlighting her exceptional project management skills and client-centric approach. Before her project management role, Julia was an Analyst Consultant, contributing to system migrations and financial systems development. Julia's career also includes a stint as an IT Contractor at IBM, where she extended her skills in VB5 development and SQL database management.

Throughout her career, Julia has demonstrated a passion for delivering exceptional results, leveraging her diverse skill set and leadership capabilities to drive organisational success.

Julia is known by her family to ‘always be busy’ - she loves to walk her German Shepherd dog every day (rain or shine), she attends gym 5x per week, gets stuck into gardening on the weekends, enjoys hosting parties with friends at home, has recently completed the Dutch language course on Duolingo, and she began learning the piano during lockdown.
