Nick started his journey at Planon in 2011 as Trainee Account Manager Inside Sales when he was in charge of administrative tasks and sales operations, but also communicating with customers or prospects by handling calls, follow-ups and quotes.
One year later he grew as an Account Manager responsible for taking calls, creating opportunities and supporting the complex sales processes. He quickly took charge of translating business needs into software solutions and handling internal tenders and customer meetings. His career in Sales took him through steps that defined his knowledge further, as he became Account Manager Existing Business and Sales Manager New Business. These roles allowed him to develop new business opportunities, defining value proposition of Planon products, valuable PMCs and many other responsibilities.
His last role at Planon involved managing global accounts, identifying potential customers for the IWMS solution, lease accounting and service provider solutions. He maintained relationships with stakeholders, partners and extended his expertise.
