Rianne Coenen joined Planon in 2021 as an interim Global Talent Acquisition Specialist. Later, she became a permanent member of the team as Global Recruitment Manager, taking responsibility for recruitment across all Planon offices and entities.

Rianne Coenen joined Planon in 2021 as an interim Global Talent Acquisition Specialist. Later, she became a permanent member of the team as Global Talent Acquisition Manager, taking responsibility for recruitment across all Planon offices and entities worldwide.
Before stepping into her manager role at Planon, Rianne worked at recruitment agency YOBZ, where she held several interim recruitment positions for organisations including Traxion, Rabobank and Avanade. Earlier in her career, she worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Nováccent /Tesorion, an IT service provider.
Rianne studied Tourism with a specialisation in Business Travel at ROC Aventus, followed by Communication & Event Management at the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
Rianne is very family-oriented and a proud mother of two daughters. She enjoys staying active and has played field hockey since she was six. Recently, she started playing padel and likes to use her road bike in the summer. She balances her active lifestyle and competitive spirit with a love of cooking and good food.
