Sylvain Lamy joined Planon in 2025 as the CRO for Planon Facilities and Field Services, with global responsibility for the key commercial areas that shape the customer journey and drive long-term value delivery. Before joining Planon, he led the Schneider Electric Software Enterprise team as Enterprise Software VP, Digital Energy, which also acts as a Planon reseller.

Sylvain Lamy joined Planon in 2025 as the CRO for Planon Facilities and Field Services, with global responsibility for the key commercial areas that shape the customer journey and drive long-term value delivery. Before joining Planon, Sylvain led the Schneider Electric Software Enterprise team as Vice President of Building Enterprise Software, which also acts as a Planon reseller.

Previously, Sylvain led the efforts to identify and realise the RIB Software business synergies within Schneider Electric, driving global expansion and growth by leveraging Schneider Electric’s operations and business units. Before joining Schneider Electric in 2016, he spent 10 years at Microsoft in various sales and management roles, having begun his career at IBM Global Services in business consulting and sales.

Sylvain holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Science from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and Marnes-la-Vallée University.
