Maastricht University: "Complete control over contract management all down to Planon software."

Maastricht University (UM in Dutch) is the Netherlands’ most international university and its continual growth is evidenced by a student population of 16,500 and 4,000 staff.

In order to achieve its academic mission, in 2016 the UM launched a strategic programme known as CORE or Collaborative Open Research Education. One of CORE’s objectives is to offer an environment in which students and staff feel at home. Understandably, UM’s Facility Services has a central role to play in this.

By using Planon all contracts are now recorded centrally, information can easiliy be accessed and notifications are automatically sent when a contract is about to expire.
