A standout feature of Nordic Workplace 2025 was Step into the Office, an immersive exhibition that allowed visitors to experience the workplace of the future firsthand.
Created in collaboration with Planon, EY, Coor, Lindelöf Part of Holmris B8 Group, and A. M. Acoustics, this exhibition designed a fully interactive office environment where visitors could see how technology, acoustics, interior design, and workplace strategy come together in practice.
This was far from a standard exhibition – it was a hands-on experience demonstrating what is possible when multiple partners collaborate, bringing creativity and fresh perspectives to the table. Special thanks to everyone who contributed!
Redney Janssen, Business Development Director ESG at Planon, delivered an inspiring session titled “Beyond Energy Efficiency – Whole Life Carbon and Circularity in the Pursuit of Net Zero Facilities.” He challenged the audience to think far beyond traditional emission-reduction strategies and instead adopt a truly holistic, lifecycle-driven approach to sustainability.
By linking whole-life carbon, circular design principles, and data-driven decision-making, Redney highlighted how organisations can transform their built environments into resilient, future-proof, and genuinely net-zero facilities.
At Nordic Workplace, we sat down with industry leaders to explore the trends shaping the future of work. From sustainability to AI, the conversations were filled with fresh perspectives and inspiring insights.
Our first aftermovie is now available and this page will soon feature additional videos highlighting key takeaways and expert viewpoints from our interviews. Stay tuned as we continue to share more thought-provoking content.
