Be Our Supplier

Sustainability, (data) security and fair business are important to Planon. This means that Planon is guided by these principles when purchasing its services and products. Planon therefore only chooses suppliers that share the same values as Planon itself. Below, we will briefly indicate which standards a (potential) supplier must meet and what Planon's procurement process generally looks like.

Several documents are available on the Planon Trustcenter to which a Planon supplier must conform, these include:

By conforming to these policy documents, Planon ensures that suppliers will apply the same values and standards in areas such as Environmental Responsibility, Health, Safety, Human Rights, Working Conditions, Diversity and Inclusion as Planon. These documents will therefore be part of the agreement to be concluded with the supplier. If the supplier will be processing personal data of Planon and/or Planon customers, the supplier will also have to conform to the strict security requirements that Planon requires of its suppliers. This could include an ISO-27001 certificate.

Before discussions between the supplier and Planon will take place, a mutual nondisclosure agreement (NDA) will have to be signed. Please sign here the NDA. The moment Planon wishes to proceed with the supplier, the supplier will have to go through a Supplier Assessment.

Depending on the nature of the services/products to be delivered, the supplier will have to complete a questionnaire on the following topics:

  • General information on the supplier
  • ESG
  • Data Protection
  • Application Technical Requirements

Once the supplier has successfully completed the assessment and offers the best price/quality ratio, an agreement will be concluded with this supplier whereby the Planon General Terms and Conditions of Purchase will be leading. If the supplier is going to process personal data of Planon and/or Planon customers, the Planon Data Processor Agreement will be part of the agreement.

Before the conclusion of the agreement, the supplier must not only demonstrate that it meets Planon's requirements, but Planon will have the contractual right to conduct audits of suppliers during the term of the agreement, for example by requesting relevant information or visiting premises
