Product Manager
Jan Fokke Post works as a Product Manager for Planon and is in charge of our Planon Real Estate Management for SAP S/4HANA solution. His passions are centered on how innovation and IT influence real estate. He also supports various teams within Planon on their journey to implement our Building Information Modelling (BIM) solution to customers.
Jan-Fokke, currently Solution Product Manager Real Estate at Planon, has played a vital role in the development of Planon's Real Estate Management for SAP S/4HANA and BIM solutions since January 2023. Over the past year, Jan-Fokke has supported partners, Sales and Services teams, shared market insights and expanded the product ecosystem for the BIM solution. At the same time, as Solution Product Manager in Real Estate, Jan-Fokke is integrating various real estate solutions, working with SAP and supporting Sales and Services teams with product vision, sharing roadmaps and processing feedback.
Previously, Jan-Fokke worked for more than 4 years as a Business Consultant, where he contributed to customer engagement, business case development, proof of concepts and market standardization. In the role of BIM Consultant, Jan-Fokke focused on international BIM projects and participated in pre-sales, demonstrations and project go-lives. Previously, as a Real Estate & Maintenance Consultant, he specialized in configuring solutions for real estate and maintenance processes, focusing on efficient data capture, smart buildings and maintenance planning. Throughout his career, Jan-Fokke has consistently demonstrated expertise, collaboration and dedication in the field of real estate and BIM.
In his free time, Jan-Fokke plays indoor soccer with friends and spends as much time as possible with his three children. He volunteers as a board member of a political party and enjoys debating various topics. A former architecture student, Jan-Fokke likes to combine his business trips for Planon with his passion for beautiful buildings – when visiting Planon customer headquarters, he will often then also visit the tallest or most attractive building in the closest city.
