Nick began his career at Planon in 2011 as a Trainee Account Manager Inside Sales, when he was responsible for administrative tasks and sales activities, as well as communicating with customers or prospects via phone calls, follow-ups and quotes.
A year later, he advanced to Account Manager, responsible for taking calls, creating opportunities and supporting the complex sales processes. He was soon responsible for translating business needs into software solutions and handling internal quotations and customer meetings. His career in Sales took him through steps that further defined his knowledge as he became Account Manager Existing Business and Sales Manager New Business. These roles allowed him to develop new business opportunities, define the value proposition of Planon products, develop valuable PMCs and many other responsibilities.
His last role at Planon involved managing global accounts, identifying potential customers for the IWMS, lease accounting and service provider solutions. He maintained relationships with stakeholders and partners and expanded his expertise.
