Planon Experience
During the Planon Experience, you’ll get a relaxed, behind‑the‑scenes look at who we are, how we work, and the supportive culture we create for our employees.
Here is what you can expect:
- A simple introduction to Planon: we’ll share what we do, why we do it, and the impact we aim to make.
- A guided tour of our Innovation Campus: get a feel for the space you might one day call your workplace.
- Two short informal “speed dates” with our colleagues: meet team members or managers connected to your interests.
Throughout the afternoon, you’ll have room to ask questions, get honest insights into our culture, and discover whether Planon feels like the right next step for you.
If we both feel the spark, we’ll follow up with a formal interview to explore opportunities together.
This is what the programme will look like:
- 13.00: Kick-off
- 13.15-14.15: Get to know Planon!
- 14.15-15.00: Tour of the Innovation Campus
- 15.00-15.15: Break
- 15.15-16.00: Presentation on our way of working
- 16.05-16.25: Speed date 1
- 16.30-16.50: Speed date 2
- 16.50: Drinks & wrap up
