We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketeer to strengthen the Global Marketing team. This role requires a passion for results, strong collaboration skills, creativity, and openness to test and learn. We need someone who can build relationships cross-functionally, understands the business quickly, and is an independent thinker and problem solver. With your passion for turning data into action you will bring our digital channels to the next level. Together with the other international digital marketers, you will be part of the global Growth Marketing team.

Lead PPC, SEO, and advanced martech across international markets while optimizing AI-driven personalization to accelerate pipeline growth at Planon. You successfully fulfil your role by:

  • You will drive Planon’s PPC (Google & Microsoft Ads) strategy as one of our main channels for business growth.
  • You are ready to work with our ever-expanding awesome marketing tech stack: Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe ChatBot, VWO, RingLead, Xperience Central, ION interactive, Sociabble, and many more.
  • You are always open to new ideas as you like to innovate and improve every day.
  • You like to work in a high performing and constantly changing work environment.
  • Driving cross-departmental digital improvement projects to increase our contribution to the (indirect) sales pipeline.
  • Measuring, testing and analyzing Planon’s global online marketing activities and interpreting user data – using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce and Marketo – to improve the ROI of online Marketing activities.
  • Increasing SEO ranking for Planon’s corporate website, focused on the main search engines.
  • Managing Planon’s Content Management System and making continuous (user experience) improvements to Planon’s websites.

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

  • A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree within the area of Marketing, Communications or Business.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience with SEA in a global multilanguage setting.
  • 7+ years of B2B Marketing experience, experience within an international corporate environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven, results-focused environment.
  • Uderstanding of Marketing Automation Platforms (like Marketo, Hubspot).
  • You have a good eye for detail to ensure we deliver a market-leading outcome.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and understanding of the importance of integrated communication.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills are required.

These are the steps of our onboarding process:

  1. You will receive a welcome letter with information about your first working day.
