3 August 2015 - The museum Mauritshuis—home to world-renown Dutch Golden Age paintings such as Vermeer's Girl with a Pearl Earring—is now optimising its service and maintenance management processes with Planon’s software. By partnering with Planon, Mauritshuis now has one integrated platform for preventive and reactive maintenance management as well as facility management. With Planon’s software, Mauritshuis expects to optimise processes and realise efficiency and quality goals.

After two years of extensive remodelling, Mauritshuis reopened a year ago and had more than 600,000 visitors in the first year.

“We want to facilitate our visitors and employees in the best way possible, therefore we want to professionalise our services and privatise our supporting services,” says Victor Moussault, Commercial Director Mauritshuis. “To realise this, we selected Planon. With the choice of a SaaS deployment, all employees have access to the software anytime and anywhere. At the same time, we can reduce the IT management costs.”
