Planon launches new Mobile Apps

27 November 2012 – The borders between business and personal use of smartphones continues to blur – and with an estimated 65% of employees having a smartphone – apps for facility management are the next logical step. Planon’s new Apps enable employees to carry out a variety of workplace tasks that would have been unthinkable even 5 years ago. Whether employees bring their own device (BYOD) or are provided one by the company, real-time daily support functionality is second nature. With Planon Apps employees can book a meeting room on-the-move, check-in at a workplace, find a colleague, submit a maintenance request (including attaching a photo) and register visitors to a building.
