Some of our commitments for 2030
100% of our global fleet is electric
100% of our electricity comes from renewables
50% of Planon offices have ISO14001 certification
As a global company, we recognize that our operations have environmental impacts. We put a lot of effort into continuously assessing our operational footprint to understand this impact. This enables us to prioritize our efforts towards optimizing our operations and take actions to reduce or remove adverse environmental effects.
Planon has implemented a sustainability reporting standard to measure, manage and report on its sustainability performance. This framework is based on the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, a widely recognized standard for measuring and reporting greenhouse gas emissions.
Tree planting program
Planon rewards trees to engaged users of our employee advocacy program. This is done through tree-nation. It is tree-nation's mission to reforest the world by planting trees and engaging in conservation projects all over the world. Planon has rewarded 1700 trees so far, which have reforested 2.05 hectares and captured 153.65 tons of CO2. This way it aims to have a positive impact on the local environment, the local populations, and the climate. Planon supports tree-nation's mission and helps it get closer to its goal of planting 1 trillion trees by 2050.
