New Business Sales Real Estate Western Europe
Are you an outstanding sales professional who gets energy from finding and closing new business opportunities? Sell our market-leading Real Estate software solutions to Investors, Development companies and corporates.
As New Business Sales, you will focus on spotting market trends, identifying and generating new business opportunities and build a strong network within our global implementation partners and our strategic partner Schneider Electric. Set short- and long-term sales strategies based on the goals and evaluate constantly the effectiveness of this strategy. You work closely together with our dedicated Real Estate team and with your (strategic) experience we can take the next step in winning clients for Planon. Your work area can be global but will be mainly focussed on Western Europe.

You successfully fulfil your role by:
- Creating and executing your business plan
Target, discover and close new opportunities in existing and new target markets; - Realizing personal sales target;
- Pro-actively represent Planon within the Real Estate and Facility Management market
Respond to RFQs and RFPs; - Giving presentations and demos at client locations
- Attend international events and show active presence on social media;
- Ensure a reliable pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.

Profile

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
- Proven commercial skills in a new business position: At least 5 to 10 years’ relevant work experience;
- Experience in selling software, SaaS solutions and consultancy services;
- Experience with creating and executing a sales plan;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing;
- Analytical, Hands-on and Customer oriented;
- Self-motivated team player and an excellent networker;
- Fluent in English and Dutch, any additional language is a plus;
- Willingness to travel;
- Experience of sales in the UK and Nordics region is a plus
- A relevant Bachelor degree.
- Knowledge of the real estate market is a big plus
