20 October 2026 – Planon is proud to announce that Klaas Bosma, CRO of Planon Real Estate, has been appointed as a Member of the RICS Europe World Regional Board. The appointment follows his recent selection as Chair of the RICS Netherlands Regional Advisory Board and further expands his role in supporting the advancement of the real estate profession at both national and European levels.
As a member of the Europe World Regional Board, Klaas Bosma will contribute to the strategic direction of RICS across the region and support initiatives that promote professionalism, innovation, and excellence throughout the real estate industry. His appointment reflects his extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate and his commitment to helping the sector navigate a rapidly evolving market shaped by digital transformation, sustainability requirements, and changing stakeholder expectations.
Klaas Bosma brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, portfolio management, valuation, financial planning, and digital transformation. In his role as CRO of Planon Real Estate, he works closely with real estate owners, investors, and developers across Europe to help improve decision-making, performance, and long-term portfolio value through integrated technology solutions. Prior to taking up Planon Real Estate leadership, Klaas held several senior positions within Reasult and CBRE and has built a strong reputation as a trusted advisor and industry expert.
