Channel Sales Manager Middle East

Channel Sales Manager Middle East

Riyadh - We’re transforming corporate organizations across the Middle East with our market-leading Integrated Workplace Management Solutions (IWMS), helping to create smart, sustainable buildings. To support this mission, we’re looking for a Channel Sales Manager with deep ERP solution-selling experience, someone who thrives in a partner-driven environment and can position a framework of integrated solutions rather than a single product.

Your role
As Channel Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our regional growth, primarily through our partner ecosystem. You’ll work with Resellers, System Integrators, and strategic partners like SAP to position our IWMS platform as part of a broader ERP solution. You’ll manage inbound leads, qualify them, and guide them through the sales cycle, working with partners for closure. You’ll also help generate new leads, support partners in deal execution, and ensure alignment with our strategic sales vision.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute a regional business development plan focused on Saudi Arabia and the UAE, emphasizing partner-led ERP solution sales.
  • Qualify inbound leads, deliver compelling solution presentations, and transfer matured opportunities to partners for closure.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners: support deal execution, monitor pipeline health, and ensure alignment with our consultative sales methodology.
  • Identify and onboard new partners in collaboration with Partner Management, and drive brand awareness through outbound and marketing-led initiatives.
  • Maintain oversight of partner performance, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and adherence to our value-based selling approach.

Profile

We welcome applicants who bring strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and familiarity with the cultural and business dynamics of the Middle East. You have a proven track record in ERP or enterprise software sales and are passionate about building client relationships and delivering business outcomes.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales, with a focus on ERP or enterprise solution selling.
  • Experience working through partners/distributors, with long sales cycles and enterprise clients.
  • Background in selling integrated solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) rather than standalone products.
  • Strong storytelling, relationship-building, and presentation skills; proactive and commercially driven.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; based in Saudi Arabia with valid work authorization.
  • Affinity with system integrators and experience in partner ecosystems.
