As the Manager of Managed Services for Planon in North America, Lucas manages a team dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of service delivery in line with strategic business goals and client SLAs. His expertise expands to operational management, human resources, strategic planning, and customer relationship management. With a robust background in business process improvement, process consulting, software implementation, change management, and leadership, he is committed to driving revenue growth and exploring innovative solutions for upselling and cross-selling.
Lucas holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Real Estate Management from Middlesex University, London, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Business Administration and Engineering - Facility Management from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart. His career at Planon began in October 2014 in Linz, Austria, as a Consultant, and he has progressively advanced to his current role in Montreal, Canada, demonstrating significant contributions to operational excellence and strategic client engagements.
He is passionate about leveraging technology in Real Estate Solutions, Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), Smart Buildings, and IoT to drive innovation and improvement within the industry.
Outside of work, Lucas enjoys exploring the vibrant city of Montreal, engaging in outdoor activities, and spending quality time with his fiancée. He values the balance between professional dedication and personal life, believing that each informs and enriches the other.
