The initial Digital Maturity Model for Real Estate & Facility Management developed by Planon & Verdantix will be available later this year.
The model will help organizations identify major gaps, understand areas for improvement, and see the qualitative and quantitative benefits of advancing their digital capabilities.
Once released, organizations can complete a self-assessment using the model to better understand their digital maturity across key areas, including organization, processes, data, and functional categories such as space & workplace management and asset & maintenance management.
