Luciën Kamps joined Planon in 2006 and has gained extensive experience in sales and services ever since. Currently he fulfils the role of General Manager for the business area EMEA West. Luciën is responsible for the sales, services, managed services and business development for the Nordics, the Netherlands, and the UK.

Luciën has been with Planon for his entire professional career. Starting out as a trainee, Luciën quickly progressed to roles as Consultant, Project Manager and Manager Services. He later took up the position of Director Services, and served as Sales Director EMEA West.
He currently fulfils the role of General Manager of Planon’s largest business area, EMEA West. In 2023, Luciën was awarded Sales Manager of the Year 2022 by the Dutch Sales Management Association. This prestigious award is granted to the sales manager who stands out in authenticity, leadership, responsibility, and customer focus.
Luciën holds a bachelor's degree in Facility Management and an MBA with a specialization in Leadership.
