Maastricht University: “Complete control over contract management with Planon software.”

Maastricht University (UM in Dutch) is the Netherlands’ most international university and has been achieving continual growth with a student population of 16,500 and 4,000 staff.

In 2016, UM launched a strategic program known as CORE or Collaborative Open Research Education in order to achieve its academic mission. One of the objectives of CORE is to offer an environment in which students and staff feel at home while at UM. Understandably, UM’s Facility Services play a central role in achieving this.

By expanding UM’s Planon solution into contract management, all contracts are now recorded centrally, so UM can easily access information and also automatically receive a notification when a contract is about to expire.
