Partner Sales Manager

Planon is expanding rapidly across the Middle East & Africa. We're looking for a Partner Sales Manager who can drive new business growth through strategic partners and system integrators.

This is a hands-on sales role focused on generating revenue, opening new opportunities, and closing complex enterprise software deals. You'll work closely with partners across the region, helping large organisations improve their business operations through technology that supports critical business processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Build and grow a new business pipeline across the MEA region through strategic partners and system integrators.
  • Identify, develop, and pursue opportunities jointly with partners and act as a trusted co-selling counterpart.
  • Drive complex enterprise software sales cycles from initial engagement through contract signature.
  • Generate demand through direct prospecting, networking, and market outreach while leveraging partner ecosystems.
  • Work with enterprise customers and partners to position business-critical software solutions that deliver long-term operational value.

Profile

We're looking for a commercially driven sales professional with proven success in partner-led enterprise software sales.

The ideal candidate understands how organisations buy strategic software platforms that support core business processes, rather than standalone technology products. You've successfully sold ERP, enterprise SaaS, or similar business-critical software solutions, and know how to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles through partners and system integrators.

  • 4+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS, ERP, EAM, IWMS, workplace, real estate, asset management, facilities management, or comparable enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven success building and closing new business opportunities.
  • Experience selling through or alongside partners, resellers, system
  • Demonstrated ownership of revenue targets in a quota-carrying sales role,
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

We offer

Salary range: AED 240.000 – AED 420.000 per year, depending on experience.

This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role, based on objective, role-related criteria. This range includes fixed allowances and reflects the expected total cash compensation for the role. Variable compensation and additional benefits are provided separately.

These are the steps of our onboarding process:

  1. You will receive a welcome letter with information about your first working day.
  2. Your manager will welcome you on your first day and give you a tour of the office.
  3. You will collect your laptop and other assets from IT and visit HR to finalise the administrative onboarding.
  4. You follow the three-day online induction course by the Planon Academy.
  5. After your probation period, your manager discusses the continuation of the employment contract with you.
