Vanaf februari 2027 werk je mee aan het fundament van één van de grootste softwareproducten van Nederland. Je draagt bij aan technische oplossingen die essentieel zijn voor de werking van onze applicatie. Binnen een internationale en innovatieve werkomgeving ontwikkel je jezelf tot een softwareontwikkelaar met impact.

Elke reis begint met een eerste stap. Planon biedt jou een breed aanbod aan mogelijkheden om unieke en waardevolle ervaringen op te doen voor de toekomst. Tijdens deze meewerkstage maak je deel uit van een Development team dat werkt aan het technische fundament van de Planon-applicatie. Je draagt bij aan het onderhoud en de doorontwikkeling van bestaande oplossingen, werkt mee aan nieuwe functionaliteiten en helpt bij het oplossen van technische vraagstukken. Daarbij krijg je de kans om je kennis van softwareontwikkeling verder uit te breiden, samen te werken met ervaren Developers en inzicht te krijgen in hoe complexe bedrijfssoftware wordt ontwikkeld. Als Stagiair Software Development ga jij aan de slag met

  • leren, ontwikkelen én kennismaken met het bedrijfsleven.
  • ontwikkelen van functionaliteiten binnen het fundament van de Planon-applicatie.
  • technische uitdagingen onderzoeken en vertalen naar praktische, werkende oplossingen.
  • samen met ervaren Developers werken aan koppelingen met externe systemen en nieuwe functionaliteiten.
  • jouw kennis van Java verdiepen en ervaring opdoen met moderne technologieën binnen een internationale developmentomgeving.

Deze stage vindt plaats vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Nijmegen, dat goed is te bereiken met het OV. Onze collega’s werken hybride maar komen ook graag naar kantoor, ons ‘groen’ clubhuis waar verschillende culturen bij elkaar komen. Leren programmeren doe je vooral door het in de praktijk te brengen. Tijdens je stage word je onderdeel van het Core Development-team, waar je samenwerkt met collega's uit Nederland en India. Je kunt sparren over technische vraagstukken, krijgt ruimte om zelf oplossingen uit te proberen en leert van collega’s met verschillende expertises en achtergronden. Een ervaren Developer is jouw vaste begeleider en helpt je om steeds zelfstandiger te werken en je skills als Softwaredeveloper verder te ontwikkelen.

Profile

Maak kennis met het bedrijfsleven terwijl je werkt aan je persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Dat kan bij Planon, en wij helpen je daar graag bij. Wij leren van jou en jij leert van ons. Voor deze meewerkstage neem jij het volgende mee;

  • een hbo- of wo-opleiding in de richting van Software Development, Informatica of een vergelijkbare studie.
  • beschikbaarheid vanaf februari 2027 voor minimaal 32 uur per week.
  • je communiceert gemakkelijk in het Engels binnen een internationaal team; Nederlands is een pre, maar geen vereiste.
  • java is voor jou bekend terrein en je duikt graag in complexe technische vraagstukken om tot slimme en duurzame softwareoplossingen te komen.
  • je pakt nieuwe uitdagingen snel op en wilt jouw technische kennis en skills blijven uitbreiden.

We stemmen de stageopdracht af op jouw studierichting, opleidingsniveau en studievereisten, zodat deze aansluit bij zowel jouw opleiding als jouw ontwikkeling.

These are the steps of our onboarding process:

  1. You will receive a welcome letter with information about your first working day.
  2. Your manager will welcome you on your first day and give you a tour of the office.
  3. You will collect your laptop and other assets from IT and visit HR to finalize the administrative onboarding.
  4. You follow the three-day online induction course by the Planon Academy.
  5. Once your probation period ends, your manager discusses the continuation of the employment contract with you.
