David Stillebroer joined Planon in 2002 as a consultant and now serves as Vice President of Solutions with more than 20 years of experience. He oversees all solution centers and innovations at Planon, and has played a key role in recent developments in energy and sustainability, IoT, lease accounting and business intelligence solutions.

David worked as a real estate portfolio management consultant before joining Planon in 2002. After gaining experience as a Planon implementation consultant, business consultant and product manager in the areas of real estate and sustainability management, he was promoted to the Vice President of Solutions with overall responsibility for all solution centers and innovations within Planon. David is also a member of the extended board.
David is mainly interested in topics around real estate portfolio management, finance and sustainability, and the role technology can play in supporting decision-making and performance monitoring. He has been part of the Planon team for more than 20 years and closely involved in a number of recent Planon innovations in energy and sustainability, IoT, lease accounting and business intelligence.
David is passionate about connecting markets and technologies through conversations and collaboration with clients, partners and specialists. He regularly attends and presents at client conferences and industry events such as IFMA. Between 2008 and 2015 he was a part-time lecturer at the Rotterdam University for Applied Sciences, teaching real estate and sustainability related courses. David studied Facility Management (BSc, 2000), Real Estate Management (MSc, 2003) and received a business masters in Corporate Real Estate Management (MCR, 2008).
