As Planon North America's Director of Customer Success, Paola leads the North American Key Account team, which provides ongoing support to existing customers, and develops strategies for customer success and growth. Paola works closely with all customers in North America to ensure their experience with Planon is a pleasant and productive one.

Paola began her journey at Planon in 2018 as a Key Account Manager, supporting Planon customers in North America who were in the process of implementing new Planon functionality.

In 2024, Paola was promoted to North American Director of Customer Success, where she became the lead for the entire North American Key Account Management team. With over 15 years of experience in account management within the software and information technology space, she has a deep understanding of the market and the importance for cultivating long-term partnerships between Planon and its customers.

Paola attended Boston College where she received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Communications. In her time away from working with Planon’s customers, Paola prioritizes spending time with her family, including her daughter, and travelling.
