This position, based in our Gothenburg office, makes you responsible for the Nordic region. As a New Business Sales professional for the Nordics, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on market trends, and generating new business opportunities. You will specialize in cultivating relationships with new (global) customers while collaborating closely with the EMEA West team. Your focus will be on our customer base in the Nordic region, covering world leading brands in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
This role demands navigating a complex market/sector, and we seek an experienced colleague who thrives on challenges. Set short- and long-term sales strategies based on the goals and evaluate constantly the effectiveness of this strategy. You work closely together with our dedicated IWMS team and with your (strategic) experience we can take the next step in winning corporate clients for Planon. You will collaborate closely with our small local sales team, which is diverse and poised for growth.

You successfully fulfill your role by:

  • Targeting, discovering, and closing new opportunities in existing and new target markets;
  • Pro-actively representing Planon within the Real Estate and Facility Management market;
  • Seeing possibilities /opportunities and persevering with customer relationships as a strong foundation;
  • Ensuring a reliable pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.

  • Proven commercial skills in a new business position:
  • At least 5 years’ relevant work experience; Experience in selling software, SaaS solutions, and consultancy services;
  • Fluent in English and Swedish;
  • Analytical, Hands-on and Customer oriented;
  • Self-motivated team player and an excellent networker.
