As Lead Consultant, your main focus will be guiding our customers in optimising their processes and ensuring quality through our best practices. How? By providing billable system configuration services for both new and existing customers. You will bring your change management experience and consulting skills to the benefit of both the customer and Planon. From designing solutions, system configurations to customer training and leading workshops, that will help customers see you as a trusted advisor.

You will successfully fulfil your role by:
- Immersing yourself in the capabilities of our Planon software portfolio to learn about it and translate innovative ideas into solutions;
- By showing your entrepreneurial skills, ensuring that you properly guide the implementation process while taking on a reliable, advisory role;
- Proactively work for identifying improvement opportunities for both our customers and Planon;
- Delivering software solutions by working closely with account managers, individual project managers and consultants;
- Being the senior advisor to meet our customers’ requirements and SLAs.
Planon is growing! Within our EMEA West (Nordics, Netherlands and the UK) organization we are looking for a Lead Consultant Nordics who will be located in our office in Gothenburg, Sweden. In this role you will report to the Manager Services and be part of an international operating team. Your focus will be on our customer base in the Nordic region, covering world leading brands in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. You will work in a small local team with project managers, (Lead) consultants and colleagues from Sales. The team works weekly at our Gothenburg office, alternating hybrid work with a good team atmosphere and where you can continue to learn from each other.

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
- A university degree in Business IT, Information Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience as a Lead Consultant (within software consulting);
- Strong communication skills and a commercial attitude;
- Fluent in English and Swedish, any additional Nordic language is a plus;
- Experience in fostering strong collaboration, helping the team grow, and providing coaching when necessary.
