As part of this transformation, we’re looking for a proactive and versatile Contract Manager who wants to play a key role in improving processes, supporting international operations, and helping shape the future of our Order-to-Cash environment.

As a Contract Manager, you’ll operate at the intersection of finance operations, contract administration, process improvement, and stakeholder management. Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll actively contribute to projects related to systems, automation, and process optimization within an international and fast-evolving environment.

You’ll join a collaborative Finance team that is heavily involved in organizational transformation initiatives, including alignment with new processes and systems. This role offers strong visibility across the business and the opportunity to make a direct impact on how we scale and professionalize our operations globally.

What will you do

  • Manage and oversee credit control activities across multiple international regions and customer portfolios.
  • Support and execute contract administration activities as part of the broader Order-to-Cash process.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Take an active role in system migrations, integrations, and automation projects, including alignment with new processes and tooling.
  • Support client validation processes and invoicing workflows.
  • Act as a key contributor within a lean, collaborative team environment where flexibility and ownership are essential.

Profile

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

  • 3–5+ years of experience within Contract Administration, Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash operations.
  • Experience working in an international and complex business environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, customer administration, and operational workflows.
  • Experience contributing to process improvement, transformation, or system implementation projects.
  • Affinity with technology, automation, and AI-driven tools within finance operations.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is considered a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable operating in an environment undergoing change and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive and hands-on attitude.
  • Fluent in English is required. French language skills are considered a strong plus.
  • Experience working with emerging markets or Middle Eastern regions is considered beneficial.
  • Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a close-knit international team.

These are the steps of our onboarding process:

  1. You will receive a welcome letter with information about your first working day.
  2. Your manager will welcome you on your first day and give you a tour of the office.
  3. You will collect your laptop and other assets from IT and visit HR to finalize the administrative onboarding.
  4. You follow the three-day online induction course by the Planon Academy.
  5. Once your probation period ends, your manager discusses the continuation of the employment contract with you.
