Meewerkstage Software Development Innovation Lab (HBO/WO)

Vanaf februari 2027 werk je binnen het Innovation Lab van Planon in Nijmegen aan nieuwe ideeën en uitdagende softwareprojecten. Je onderzoekt technologieën, experimenteert met verschillende oplossingen en krijgt de ruimte om jouw ideeën daadwerkelijk te bouwen en te testen. Samen met experts uit verschillende disciplines vergroot je jouw technische kennis en ontdek je hoe softwareontwikkeling en innovatie in de praktijk samenkomen.

Elke reis begint met een eerste stap. Bij Planon krijg jij de kans om waardevolle en unieke ervaringen op te doen die je toekomst vormgeven. Tijdens deze stage werk je in het Innovation Lab aan software die verder kijkt dan vandaag. Je onderzoekt nieuwe technologieën, experimenteert met AI en zet jouw Java-kennis in om ideeën om te zetten in werkende prototypes. Van eerste concept tot proof of concept krijg je de ruimte om te bouwen, testen en verbeteren. Samen met experts uit verschillende vakgebieden ontdek je welke technologieën waarde kunnen toevoegen aan de toekomstige oplossingen van Planon. Als Software Development stagiair ga jij aan de slag met:

  • leren, ontwikkelen én kennismaken met het bedrijfsleven.
  • ontwikkelen en testen van nieuwe softwareconcepten voor toekomstige toepassingen binnen Planon.
  • realiseren van een eigen proof of concept rond een zelfgekozen technologisch onderwerp, bijvoorbeeld AI.
  • samenwerken met experts uit verschillende disciplines om ideeën te onderzoeken en verder uit te werken.
  • verkennen van nieuwe en bestaande technologieën en onderzoeken hoe deze kunnen bijdragen aan toekomstige oplossingen.

Deze stage vindt plaats vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Nijmegen, dat goed is te bereiken met het OV. Onze collega’s werken hybride maar komen ook graag naar kantoor, ons ‘groen’ clubhuis waar verschillende culturen bij elkaar komen. Tijdens deze stage maak je deel uit van het Innovation Lab. Je werkt dagelijks samen met collega’s uit verschillende vakgebieden die zich bezighouden met innovatie, technologie en softwareontwikkeling. De sfeer is informeel, open en gericht op samenwerking, waardoor je de ruimte krijgt om ideeën te delen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Je wordt begeleid door de Manager van het Innovation Lab en een Developer uit het team, die je ondersteunen bij zowel je inhoudelijke als persoonlijke groei. Met wekelijkse check-ins, teammomenten en aandacht voor jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling haal je het maximale uit jouw stageperiode.

Profile

Maak kennis met het bedrijfsleven terwijl je werkt aan je persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Dat kan bij Planon, en wij helpen je daar graag bij. Wij leren van jou en jij leert van ons. Voor deze meewerkstage neem jij het volgende mee;

  • HBO- of WO-opleiding in de richting van Software Development, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence of een vergelijkbare studie.
  • kennis van Java / JavaScript
  • een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • het vermogen om gemakkelijk te schakelen en samen te werken met collega's uit verschillende vakgebieden.
  • een hoofd vol ideeën en enthousiasme om hiermee te experimenteren, bouwen en innoveren.

We stemmen de stageopdracht af op jouw studierichting, opleidingsniveau en studievereisten, zodat deze aansluit bij zowel jouw opleiding als jouw ontwikkeling.

We offer

These are the steps of our onboarding process:

  1. You will receive a welcome letter with information about your first working day.
  2. Your manager will welcome you on your first day and give you a tour of the office.
  3. You will collect your laptop and other assets from IT and visit HR to finalize the administrative onboarding.
  4. You follow the three-day online induction course by the Planon Academy.
  5. Once your probation period ends, your manager discusses the continuation of the employment contract with you.
