As Bid Officer you will be responsible for new and existing business development activities, such as analyzing dossiers to supporting in qualifications, answering the Request For Proposals and to coordinating the collaboration with the Planon EMEA South team and our headquarters. Additionally you will work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to help close business. Together you will be responsible for the sales processes for Planon’s leading Smart Sustainable Building Management Ecosystem around the globe. Besides these responsibilities, you will also be responsible for creating compelling proposal content and other business-related materials. In this role, you will focus on understanding and representing Planon to our key prospects, including the company’s mission, strategy, core products and services, partner solutions, pricing, and future technology roadmap. Our ideal candidate will be an excellent writer, detail-oriented, resourceful, collaborative, and capable of working under strict deadlines.  Flexibility, time management, and a team-driven mindset are crucial.
