Within the HR department at our headquarters in Nijmegen, you will be a part of the Recruitment team. You actively contribute to the daily operations of recruitment, both nationally and internationally.

During your internship at Planon, you will be responsible for the complete recruitment and selection of interns who will start in February 2025 at Planon. Together with managers from various departments, you will search for the right candidates for the available internship positions. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with your international recruitment colleagues, allowing you to learn different perspectives and approaches within the recruitment process. Moreover, you can add your own creative touch to the recruitment process by trying out innovative methods and strategies to attract talent.

You will also have the chance to represent Planon at job fairs, where you will directly connect with potential candidates and build relationships with educational institutions and other stakeholders. This not only offers a unique opportunity to expand your network but also enables you to represent and promote Planon as an attractive employer for young talent.

During this internship, you will receive guidance and support in the broadest sense. The focus of this support is on your learning journey, maintaining continuous communication about the progress of your learning objectives. Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

• You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in the field of Human Resources or a related discipline and are looking for a hands-on internship;
• You are proficient in the use of Teams, Excel and Microsoft Office;
• You are proactive, sociable, and enjoy connecting with the team and the organization;
• You are proficient in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
